Design experiences around health
Working with & for people change lifes
In the aftermath of the pandemic, the quest for primary medical care and the search for specialized services had become intricate for the Mexican population. With a reduction in healthcare capacity and the impossibility of in-person doctor visits, telemedicine emerged as a crucial resource.
Our goal was to establish an integrated ecosystem that allowed users to receive quality medical care and obtain their treatments in a simple and accessible manner. We sought to redefine the healthcare experience, ensuring that superior medical services were not only provided but were also readily available and straightforward for all.
UX Research
Digital ecosystem
Through the strategic use of various UX research tools, we were able to elaborate on multiple touch points. Using tools such as user surveys, interviews, and usability testing, we obtained a deep understanding of our users' nuanced preferences and behaviors. These insights guided the development of intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Using heat maps and analytics, we gained valuable quantitative data that allowed us to refine and optimize each channel for maximum user satisfaction.
The collaborative use of these UX research tools not only facilitated the creation of effective contact channels, but also enriched our understanding of user needs, paving the way for a more responsive and user-centric communications landscape.

Make it simple
As a UX/UI designer, I played a significant role in improving the existing user experience for both doctors and patients, while also spearheading the development of innovative features such as KYC verification, streamlined onboarding, virtual appointments, and appointment management.
Working with OmniDoc was an extraordinary experience, characterized by a research process that evolved as the project grew, making it one of the most comprehensive research efforts I've had the privilege to be a part of.
